As the song says, "simply the best" on the limited number of occasions I call the helpline I find the telephone always answered quickly, efficiently and professionally and as importantly the staff are always immediately available. I would suggest probably the best technical support line with we use.

I always enjoy speaking to your technical department. Their in-house knowlegde of the products are excellent. If level one cannot sort my problem then level two normally does. If there are any further problems that are unusual, it goes further up the chain so that programmes can be checked and modified soonest. Problems are "nipped in the bud" and tackled quickly. Everything is explained in easily understood terms, because if you're like me - computer illiterate, you need concise friendly instructions. This is one of reasons I fit Paxton Access - good support all round to go with a good product.

nous avons installé il y a quelques jours un système Net 2 chez un client qui a de grosses difficultés pour l'utilisation du logiciel: blocage du pc sous vista difficulté et blocage lors de sauvegardes.Ces problèmes ont été signalés à Matthew et sont en cours de solutionnement.Le client à malgré tout des doutes sur la version définitive du logiciel fournit.Toutefois la réactivité de Matthew et de vos services lui font garder confiance dans la marque.Esperons que les solutions seront trouvées rapidement.Cordialement.JCDM ALARMES DI MAURO Jean-Charles.
