				<description>Paxton have always been very helpful and resolved any queries we have had very quickly both with sales and technical support, it just a shame I cannot get some of my customers to replace their systems with Paxton, I suppose it is the climate we are in at the moment.</description>

				<description>A throughly interesting meeting for a Cosoa registered caravan park requiring controlled access. Dave Smith clearly explained the benifits of Net2U Vs standalone system and listed the required parts to complete task. A key selling point that was exceptional was that Dave offered to return to customer and give them training on the Net2U software - I think this level of support sold Paxton to the customer - Will update on customer response..
My initial impressions- Very pleased with support as my knowledge of door access is zero!
